Educational Program Cancellation
Students who withdraw from our learning programs within the first 14 days of enrollment and have not accessed more than 25% of the course materials may qualify for a prorated refund based on unused content.
Technical Support Failure
In cases where we cannot resolve critical technical issues within 30 business days of initial report, or if our support team fails to respond within our guaranteed timeframe, refund consideration will be given.

Any billing errors, unauthorized charges, or duplicate payments will be corrected immediately upon discovery or notification. These situations receive priority handling and refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
